This Privacy Policy explains how The Fast Track Author Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use https://fasttrack.authorschool.com and the members’ area.
01Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address when you join or contact us.
- Payment information: your subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing details (such as the last four digits and card brand) but we do not collect or store your full card number.
- Account & usage data: your membership status, and basic technical data such as log-in sessions and general site activity used to operate and secure the service.
02How we use your information
- To create your account and give you access to the members’ area.
- To process payments and manage your subscription and renewals.
- To send you access details, account notices, and important member updates.
- To send you email updates and content where you’ve agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the Club.
We use an email platform (such as Beehiiv) to send account and member communications. Transactional messages (like your access details) are part of the service. Marketing or newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting your membership.
03How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Club — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), email provider, and hosting — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
04Cookies & sessions
We use a small number of essential cookies, such as a login session cookie that keeps you signed in to the members’ area. These are necessary for the site to function. We don’t use them to build advertising profiles.
05Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account information as described below.
06Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — or to unsubscribe, or close your account — email us at hello@authorschool.com.
07Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure payment processing and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
08Children’s privacy
The Club is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and where appropriate we’ll notify you.
